Our appointment system uses Vagaro as a back end provider as well as our in salon POS system. There are several benefits for our clients with this arrangement. Lets go through some of them so you can get the best experience with Bobby Pin.


  1. You can see your current and past appointments

By having a login with Vagaro you can see any appointments that you have made in the past as well as any appointments that you have upcoming. You can also see what appointments have been rescheduled or canceled and you can manage your existing appointments should you need to reschedule or cancel.

  1. First login at Vagaro or create a new account.

  2. After you login you will be taken to Vagaro’s main page. At the upper left corner of the page you will see your login image. Click there and select My Profile.

  3. Next you will be taken to your main profile page and edit any personal information that we have on file. Feel free to edit or correct the information there as you feel comfortable. Bobby Pin only uses this information as needed to best assist a client. Visit our Terms page for more details on how we use your information.

  4. Above your profile you will see several tabs. The second tab will be your appointments. There you can see your upcoming appointments and your past appointments.

  5. Upcoming appointments are where you can reschedule, get directions, or cancel.

  6. Past appointments is where you can rebook the same service, or write a review about how your last appointment went. (We would love to hear from you!)


2. You can see your previously purchased products

Can’t remember what the name or size of the last product you used that you just loved? Well, now you can go back and see exactly what you purchased, when you purchased it, and how much the item was.

  1. To see your products, first see the steps above to login to your account.

  2. Go to your profile page and look for the tab above labeled Products.

  3. Pending orders will likely be empty because generally all of your purchases will happen in Salon.

  4. Order History will tell you what you need to know about past products purchased.


3. You can see your Reward Points

Bobby Pin offers points for products purchased and we are looking at other ways to incorporate the points system for our clients. We are in a transition from our old points system with Square and the new Vagaro system. As we bring the new system online, this is the area where you will find how many points you have acquired as well as your points history.

  1. To see your points, first see the steps above to login to your account.

  2. Go to your profile page and look for the tab above labeled Points.

  3. There you will see how many points you have currently.

  4. If you click on the points, it will show you a break down of where you acquired the points and where you have redeemed points on past purchases.


4. You can leave a review on your service

We love to hear from our clients about their experience. It not only ensures that you have the best time in the salon, but it helps us greatly in knowing where we are as a business. With our Vagaro platform you can help us out by leaving a review every time you have a service done at Bobby Pin.

  1. To see your reviews, first see the steps above to login to your account.

  2. Go to your profile page and look for the tab above labeled Reviews.

  3. There you will see your past appointments that either have a review that you have previously made or appointments that are awaiting a review.


5. Gift Certificates

Have you purchased or received a gift certificate for the Bobby Pin? You can check to see the status of your certificates and their available balance. Please note that you will not be looking at gift certificates that you may have purchased for someone else. This is where you can see gift certificates that have a positive balance on your profile. So gift certificates that you purchased for yourself or gift certificates that someone else has purchased for you. During the COVID-19 crisis, gift certificates have been very sweet and helpful gesture from some of our clients and we very much appreciate it!

  1. To see your gift certificates, first see the steps above to login to your account.

  2. Go to your profile page and look for the tab above labeled Gift Certificates.

  3. There you will see any available gift certificates and its available balance.

  4. By clicking on the certificate you can see the option to print the certificate before coming into the salon, as well as the original issue date and amount of the gift certificate.


6. Other Tabs

There are several other tabs including packages, memberships, and invoices that won’t apply to Bobby Pin clients. They are other option that Vagaro uses for massage parlors, spas, fitness centers and other appointment based personal service businesses. We may at some point work on using packages or memberships.
